Picking Up Finished Pieces-

Items will be available for pick-up - according to the date given you on your Pottery Pick-up Card

On the day of your visit to our studio, we will provide you with a written card that has your pick-up date for your pottery.

You will not receive a phone call or email from us so please keep this card in a safe place for your reference.

You may pick up your pottery anytime after this date but not more than 60 days from your visit.


​Any item not picked up after 60 days will no longer be available for pick up due to the limited storage space in the studio - no refunds will be made for items not picked up by the customer


​Items may be shipped to you at an additional fee - ask us for details!​​

The Clay Pot Refund Policy - 
for Pottery Wheel Experiences, Kids Pottery Wheel Experiences, Group Events, Workshops and all Special Events including Wine & Wheel and Raku 

Your purchase will guarantee your spot for the event. 

All  cancellations will receive a studio credit, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

You may use this credit towards any future event.

No studio credit will be given for “no-shows." If you do not show up at your reserved time, your purchase will be forfeited.

By purchasing  an event, you agree to these terms.

Studio credit valid for one year from date of purchase.
