The Clay Pot Refund Policy -
for Pottery Wheel Experiences, Kids Pottery Wheel Experiences, Handbuilding with Clay Experiences, Group Events, Off-site Events and all Special Events including Wine & Wheel and Raku Workshops
Your purchase will guarantee your spot for the event. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made within 72 hours of purchase by email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All other cancellations will receive a studio credit. You may use this credit towards any future event. No refunds will be given for “no-shows” or for cancellations made after 72 hours of purchase. By purchasing an event, you agree to these terms. Studio credit valid for one year from date of purchase.

Picking Up Finished Pieces-
Items will be available for pick-up usually in 1 to 2 weeks after your visit to our studio. We will contact you when your piece is ready.
We will attempt to leave a message at the phone number you give us. We cannot be responsible for messages that cannot be left at that phone number (for example - non-working numbers or full voice mailboxes)
We will contact you by email provided you have left your email address on file with us
Should you not get a message by phone or by email a week after your visit to our studio, please contact us at 732-251-5112 or send us an email at TheClayPotNJ@gmail.com to see if your piece is ready for pick-up.
Any item not picked up after 60 days will no longer be available for pick up due to the limited storage space in the studio - no refunds will be made after 60 days for items not picked up by the customer
Items may be shipped to you at an additional fee - ask us for details
