Picking Up Finished Pieces-

Items will be available for pick-up usually in 1 to 2 weeks after your visit to our studio.

On the day of your visit to our studio, we will provide you with a written card that has your pick-up date for your pottery. You may pick up your pottery anytime after this date but not more than 60 days from your visit.

​Any item not picked up after 60 days will no longer be available for pick up due to the limited storage space in the studio - no refunds will be made after 60 days for items not picked up by the customer

​Items may be shipped to you at an additional fee - ask us for details!​​

The Clay Pot Refund Policy - 
for Pottery Wheel Experiences, Kids Pottery Wheel Experiences, Group Events, Off-site Events and all Special Events including Wine & Wheel and Raku Workshops

Your purchase will guarantee your spot for the event. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made within 72 hours of purchase by email sent to theclaypotnj@gmail.com. All other cancellations will receive a studio credit. You may use this credit towards any future event. No refunds will be given for “no-shows” or for cancellations made after 72 hours of purchase. By purchasing  an event, you agree to these terms. Studio credit valid for one year from date of purchase.
